Tethered is built on Apple's Screen Time and Health frameworks. Your usage and health data stay on your device and are used only to power your earned minutes and your Screen Time Score.

What we access

With your permission, Tethered reads app-usage data through Screen Time and steps, workouts, and sleep through Apple Health. This information is used locally to calculate the minutes you earn.

What we never do

We never sell your data, and we never share your usage or health information with third parties. Your relationship with your time is yours alone.
